Welcome and thanks for coming. I act, I write, and I facilitate learning in rooms large and small. Whether on stage, on the page, or in front of a room full of executives - my work is rooted in one thing: the power of an honest story.
Based in Wales, I've performed solo shows at Chapter Cardiff, told stories at Penarth Acoustic, and won the Writers' & Artists' Yearbook Short Story Award.
